Getting ready for my "green tea rinse" Part 1

Hello All, spring is here and if this weather is anything to go by summer is looking like it will be a hot one (well at least that's what I'm hoping for!) no April Showers pu-lezzz!!!!

We've been doing alot of updates on our facebook page, but, we are back with alot of products reviews, favorite products of the month and hopefully depending on our subscribers and likes, we will start doing "competitions and giveaways" so if you are on our facebook page, tell your friends about us and spread the "LOVE" ( ohhhh i like that, spread the looove! lol) as who knows one day you could be a lucky winner!

OK, so, I have heard alot about tea rinses "Black tea rinse" "Rooibos tea rinse"  "Nettle tea rinse"  and there are alot of products out there that claim to "stop shedding, and breakage, cost an arm and a leg (might i add! ) and only help the issue "short term" now my hair is relaxed, and at certain times in my life i do experience "stress" which leads to my hair shedding more then it should....I've been meaning to try this "green tea rinse" for a while now......so today is the day.

The benefits of Green Tea
Green Tea is full of antioxidants, it prevents dandruff, moisturises and stimulates hair follicles ( which helps hair to grow) reducing, and in some cases preventing hair loss! now I do not know about you, but I like the sound of that!

Preparing the rinse
First I took out 10 tea bags, then I placed them in a pot, added 3 cups of water,( with lid on, or a plate in my case, what, i had to improvise!) bought to the boil and let simmer for 20-30mins then allowed to fully cool down....I will leave it for 4hours (some say its better to leave over night in fridge after its cooled down) then apply it to my hair, will post up results later with how I applied it...

This tea I bought from Sainsburys and it was £1 on special offer...

Will Keep you posted on results..so look out for part 2 later today....
